We held a wedding downstairs and most travelling family stayed at the apartments. Everyone was happy with the rooms, service and the wedding.

We had a two bed executive apartment and were allowed a fifth guest at extra charge. There wasn\'t actually suitable bedding for the 5th guest so they had to sleep on the couch. We had to call for additional towels and blankets. The staff were very accommodating which we really appreciated and the location was brilliant! Everything we needed was within short walking distance and we greatly enjoyed the ferry. Will definitely stay again!!

The Hotel was clean and comfortable. It was a bit hard to unload our luggage and find our room and then have to remove the car. Similarly when we left, retrieving the car and taking care of our luggage at the same time was difficult, as my husband has a disability and unable to walk any great distance. It was an extremely quiet room however.

This was our second visit to Central Dockside.
Excellent position for easy access to the City without feeling as if you were right in the CBD. Good facilities. Value for money. Friendly and efficient staff.

Our family of 4 were very happy with our stay at the Central Dockside Apartments. It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay so we could prepare our own meals to save money. More importantly, the beds were comfortable. Lovely views overlooking the Brisbane River and very close to the city. It was also great having a restaurant, bottle shop, convenience store and hair dresser positioned right next to the Apartments. We would not hesitate coming back for another stay or recommending it to family and friends.

Liked: Reasonably priced for a clean, comfortable and convenient stay close to the city.
Disliked: Motel only had 4 broken tennis rackets for the half tennis court. Very disappointing but we made do with hand tennis and still had fun.

The only problem: a dangerous \"edge\" on the floor, when entering the bathroom.

during stay, had problem with water -no water for one nite and half of the ff morning- ways to resume service not quick enough- we wasted half a day\'s stay.location though was fanrastic and quiet.
